Orders & Shipping

Our headquarters & warehouse are located in Philadelphia, PA. We ship to the United States & Canada. For international inquires please email info@addisonbay.com.

For Domestic shipments orders are shipped UPS® Ground or USPS within 2-3 business days. You should automatically receive an email with a tracking confirmation when your package is scanned. The postal service observes national holidays and can experience longer-than-usual delays in extremely busy holiday seasons. We offer the following expedited shipping options to ensure delivery by a certain date.

*Orders over $200 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the Continental U.S. $200 free Ground shipping threshold is POST-discount, and PRE-tax. All Ground packages are shipped via UPS or UPS SurePost. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages. Addison Bay® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file with UPS / USPS.

We cannot make any changes once an order has been processed in our system. We are unable to facilitate address changes, size changes, and monogram changes. Please double check your order before you check out.

You should automatically receive an email when our warehouse ships out your order. Click ‘view order’ in the email and it should bring you to a shipping page with the tracking number located on the page.

A pre-order is an item purchased ahead of time which has not yet been manufactured by our supplier or a product that is being personalized. All pre-orders are clearly marked on the website on the product page. All pre-orders differ in shipping times. We recommend you do not pre-order an item for a certain special event, as this time frame is not a guarantee but an estimate provided by our manufacturer. ETAs are always given in the description of the item before you place your order. If you chose monogramming with your pre-order, this can take an additional 15 business days or more to process and ship out your order.

Orders being monogrammed will take an additional 5-10 business to ship from our warehouse.

All discount codes have expiration dates. Some discount codes have minimum requirements or are available for an extremely limited period of time.

Your card will be charged when your order is placed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Product Care

Below are a few tips we recommend to ensure your pieces will take you from 7am to 7pm. 

  • We always recommend machine washing our products in cold water and laying flat to dry. This helps protect the shape of the item and the extra design details that make our products special. 
  • Be sure to check the care and content tag for specific information about how to wash and care for your item. 
  • We like to wash our activewear with other activewear and similar fabrics. 

To preserve the color, shape, and fit, we recommend hanging or laying dry or drying your pieces on low. We don’t recommend drying any pieces that are 75-100% cotton on high heat.

Privacy Policy & Terms

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@addisonbay.com.

If you elect to receive marketing and support text messages from us, either via our website or by sending a text message indicating your consent, you are providing (and signing) your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing or promotional and support text messages from us (each, a “Text Message”) sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. These may include cart abandon messages. Message frequency varies. This service is optional, and your consent is not a condition for purchase. You can opt out of receiving any further Text Messages from this program at any time by replying “STOP” to any Text Message you receive from us. For help, reply “HELP” to any Text Message you receive from us or email [fill in Client support email here]. In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your mobile provider’s message and data rates may apply to our confirmation Text Message and all subsequent Text Message correspondence according to your individual rate plan provided by your wireless carrier. Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates be responsible for any Text messaging or wireless charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to your wireless device or telephone number. If your carrier does not permit Text messages, you may not receive the Text Messages. Neither we nor the wireless carriers (such as T-Mobile) will be liable for any delays in the receipt of, or failure to deliver, any Text Messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Text Message services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Data obtained from you in connection with any Text Message services may include your cell phone number, your provider’s name and the date, time and content of your text messages. We may use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. 

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages (IE Cookies). To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. Links When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
