Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns 21 days from the date your order is shipped on merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. You will receive a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment. We offer free exchanges and we have a $5 Return Handling Fee to cover shipping label costs for returns by mail.

  • Visit our Return Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Unworn items are returnable within 21 days from the date your order is shipped or 21 days from the date of an in store purchase.
  • You have 21 days from ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label.

The following items cannot be returned

  • Final Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

Please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed once it has reached our warehouse. 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days from the date of your return package arrival.

Addison Bay® reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, final sale items, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 30-day period, etc.), exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

Returns must be shipped using the Addison Bay® pre-paid label. Failure to do so, will cause a delay in the refund process. Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return.

Ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as Addison Bay® cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you keep record of the tracking number. 

An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by Addison Bay®. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Addison Bay).

Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted on monogrammed bags, or items noted as FINAL SALE. Promotions are not eligible for price adjustments. For additional questions please contact us at info@addisonbay.com.
