Warehouse Sale FAQ

Our Warehouse Sale is our biggest sale & only happens ONCE a year! The sale will be available for all to shop on AddisonBay.com from Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 10AM EST to Thursday, January 16th at 11:59PM PST. If you want early access to shop before everyone else, sign up for our text messages here. Text subscribers can shop the sale early on Wednesday, January 15th from 9AM EST to 10AM EST.

Our sale will be only available online, January 15th through the 16th.

At the start of each year, we clean out our warehouse to make room for our new spring arrivals. The sale features a huge variety of styles from our private label collections will be discounted up to 80% off alongside best sellers that have NEVER been on sale. From cozy outerwear to resort ready pieces that will have you ready for upcoming spring travels, find your new favorites at our highest markdowns. This only happens once a year so make sure to act fast & stock up on all of your favorite sale finds because we anticipate that they will move QUICKLY! Everything purchased from the Warehouse Sale is Final Sale.

GET THIS... all orders will be shipped out within 7 days of being placed. Wild, right?! Our team is determined to get everyone their packages as soon as possible and will be packing non-stop during the sale. If you want to ensure delivery by a certain date, we recommend that you pick one of our expedited shipping options.

Items will be marked down to the sale price. No code necessary. We are unable to apply any additional promo codes to items purchased during the Warehouse Sale as all items will already be heavily discounted.

Shopping early = WORTH IT. Subscribing to our texts will give you exclusive access to shop the best assortment of the sale first! There are limited quantities of many items in the warehouse sale, so this is your best chance to score the most wanted items. Subscribe here. The warehouse sale is all FINAL SALE. We are heavily discounting items and unable to offer any returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Warehouse Sale.

There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $200. There is free shipping for orders over $200.

Yes! We will be offering local pick-up from ABHQ at 1835 Market Street Philadelphia, PA. Hours of operation Monday - Thursday 9-5pm and Fridays 9-2pm (Friday the 17th our warehouse is open until 5pm) Our Suburban Square location will not be offering local pick-up.

After having SO much fun at our in-person Sample Sale last year, we are doing it AGAIN! This year, we are hosting our second annual Sample Sale just outside our hometown of Philadelphia. We are bringing sample pieces, unique finds and in-person exclusive best sellers at a can’t miss discount. All sizes are available so bring your mom, sister, BFF, etc. to come shop! (P.S. Some styles featured during the Warehouse Sale might sell out before the Sample Sale, so don’t wait to get your favorites online!)
