WHEN IS THE SALE?
Our warehouse sale only happens once a year and is our biggest sale! The sale will be available for all to shop on AddisonBay.com from Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 10AM EST to Friday, January 21 at 11:59PM EST. For customers who want early access to shop before everyone else, they can purchase a Preview Party Ticket for $20 and shop the sale early all day on Wednesday, January 19 at 10AM EST. Only 300 Preview Party Tickets will be sold.
WHERE IS THE SALE?
Our sale will be 100% online. We’ll also be selling exclusive samples and one of a kind styles to purchase through the Addison Bay Instagram throughout the sale. Be sure to follow @addisonbay on Instagram.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE ON A WAREHOUSE SALE PURCHASE?
We are unable to add any promo codes to items purchased during the Warehouse Sale as items will be discounted prior.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF PURCHASING A PREVIEW PARTY TICKET?
Shopping early = WORTH IT. A presale ticket will allow you to shop the best assortment of the sale first! There are limited quantities of many items in the warehouse sale, so this is your best chance to score the most wanted items. Purchase your ticket here (link to purchase).

IF I BOUGHT A TICKET, DO I ENTER A CODE TO SHOP EARLY?
You do not need a code to shop early. Here’s how to shop early with your preview party ticket:
#1 (and most important thing) Make sure you are logged into your addison bay account with the email you purchased your preview party ticket with!

#3 Items will not be reserved when they are in your cart, be sure to check out quickly!

You must create an account using the email address you purchased the ticket with.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM IF IT DOES NOT WORK OUT?
The warehouse sale is all FINAL SALE. We are heavily discounting items and unable to offer any returns or exchanges for items purchased during the Warehouse Sale.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 for all orders under $175.
ANY INSIDER INFO?
1) Shop fast! Your items are NOT reserved in your cart.
